Refund policy

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order or if you'd like to return/exchange a product.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on: misprint and hand-stamped patches, as they will contain their own grade of imperfections listed in the descriptions. Please make sure you read the listing details (and the Hand-Stamped Quality Guide) before grabbing a patch, and remember that each piece is gonna be unique!

That being said, if you truly are unhappy with your purchase, please send me an email at feralpunkx@gmail.com with pictures and descriptions on what you are displeased with, and I'll see what I can do!
