Shipping policy

I ship orders within 5-10 business days. I usually get shipments out early, but everything here is handmade, stamped, or packaged by me, so sometimes life happens and I’ll need a good cry and to momentarily disassociate for a few days… And after that, I’ll be back to packin’ your order up! :) 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I can’t replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Shipping times, roughly:

USA: 1-3 weeks

International: 2 - 6 weeks

 

Untracked shipping: IMPORTANT!

Some small items, like thin patches or stickers, are shipped in stamped envelopes without tracking to keep shipping affordable. Due to the handmade nature of my products, once your order is handed off to the post office, I cannot replace or refund orders that are delayed or lost in transit. If you’re worried your package might get lost in the mail, then you’ll want to check the Tracked Shipping option at checkout.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, there is no option for me to track International orders, nor can I send any large items internationally without it being super expensive-- Most patches (up to 5) can be sent untracked for $5 by standard envelope. I cannot replace or refund orders that are lost in transit. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of this!
